Came here after receiving terrible service at Chevy, and was blown away at how quickly and easily and friendly riverside Hyundai was able to help me out, left there after 2.5 hours with a new Hyundai Sonata that I love.

Worst experience ever at a Car Dealer. Sales guy was awesome, after that it went sharply downhill!!! First didn't seem to know about the advertised specials on "their" website, claimed that dealer add-on's(security tracker, paint sealer, etc) could not be removed, tried to rationalize why and how the payment was 60% higher than the deal on their website. After another talk with the "manager" said some of the dealer add-on's could be removed, but the cost would only go down slightly, or we would have to increase our $$ down, ... read more
