Purchased a 2017 Sonata on Sunday, Reece our salesman, Rami the sales manager and Juliette in Finance were amazing to work with, a totally stress free transaction. Went in for a recall on my car and with an extended warranty on my airbag. The service advisor told me my car was out of warranty and told me I'd have to pay $120 for a diagnostic check on the air bag. I refused to pay. When my car was ready I let him know that the extended warranty notice I received stated I would not be charged for the diagnostics. The service advisor should be aware of the extended warranties on their vehicles and not try to charge customers for items that are covered. I have had problems every time I tak... read more

Today was the 4th car I have bought from Riverside Hyundai.It all started with Christina in Internet sales, my salesman Rafi was outstanding, Brian the Sales Manager remembered me from before, and Carlos in financing was exceptional. I bought a 2017 limited edition Tucson from Riverside Hyundai my experience was amazing with Dasan Knight he is the most patient salesman I have ever can into contact with.
