I just called to make an appointment to service my car, I spoke to Leo and he was so rude. I just wanted to make sure they were open on Friday Veterans Day but he insisted it was on Monday and if I wanted to come in on a holiday then he can make my appointment for Monday ...Really Hyundai? Smh I left a message with service manager so let's see how long it takes him to call me.
They were helpful, the sales manager helped me get my payment and interest down. I had 2 repos on my credit and originally the bank was offering only 17.99%, on the 2017 Hyundai Elantra (with almost all the upgrades) it was gonna bring my payment to high. They negotiated with the bank and got my interest rate to 10.99% with a 590 score. Bringing my payment right into my budget range.
