I bring my Hyundai Sonata in for regular maintenance and always get high quality service. I literally work 2 minutes from Hyundai of La Quinta and prefer to wait for a Saturday to bring my car to these guys in Riverside. David Ruiz and the staff are top notch!!
I come here regularly for my Sonata's maintenance. They do good work. The customer is service is just OK though. They are usually pretty slow anyways but today it took almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change. Two hours! Then instead of just apologizing Nick argued with me about what time I got there (it's listed on the paper!) The last time I was there for three hours, for a problem they didn't fix the first time, with my kids while they kept telling me 10 more minutes.
