RecommendedAmazing service. Our transmission was giving us fits. After some discussion, and research on Hyundai’s part they decided to replace the whole transmission. David Ruiz, our service advisor, helped us through the entire process with very little inconvenience and speedy service for a job that big.
Because I Haven’t bought a Hyundai from Riverside since 2004 and haven’t had a Hyundai since 2013!

I love Riverside Hyundai, I've been servicing my vehicle for almost 4 years and they really are the BEST. I always deal with David and I really like him!
I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The next day my car was shaking and making a really loud noise. I went back to the shop to tell them and the guy that helped me the first was named Chan shin. He told me it was my tired and that I needed new ones. Mind you my tires were still good. He didn't bother to have someone check it out. All he said was that for me to change the tires back. And that he would just give me a free oil change the next time I come back. I could not be happier with the service I received at Riverside Hyundai. My service advisor , David Ruiz, was exceptional in understanding my concerns and answering my questions. Plus the customer waiting lounge was clean and very inviting.
It was very easy and fun dealing with the sales team. Everyone’s was very helpful.
David Ruiz is very knowledgeable, patient, clearly explains issues needed with our car. If he's not going to be on duty, he clearly informs us of his Manager or someone else assisting him for our car issues. We are very pleased with his attention.
