Service is terrible I’m actually kind of torn. I wanted to leave a glowing review. The sales team at Hyundai Riverside is amazing. Kat was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. That was back in April. I purchased a 2022 Tucson. Well, only 5 months later and my brakes are acting up. I’ve never had a car have brake issues this early. This car was brand new. Was not a fan of the service advisor, was rude and dismissive. Had an appointment and still had to wait for people walking in. Caught the service rep in a lie as well, was told my cabin air filter needed to be replaced, but I personally changed two weeks prior. Stumbled and said oh it must have been the engine air filter. Service took almost 3 hours, was told if I didn’t wait for the car, they would put it till the end of the day.
