I love it here! Wisdom is amazing and encouraging. He is dedicated to what he does and it shows in how he motivates his clients!
I have been going to Wisdom for the pass year and a half and I love this gym!!! Wisdom is a wonderful trainer and he is with you every step of the way. From helping with food plans to adjusting workouts to help individuals to reach their goal. Without Wisdoms knowledge and food plans I would have not gotten to where I am and for that I am thankful for him and I highly recommend wisdom and his gym to anybody who is looking to change their life-style and become healthier and stronger.
I've been consistently going for 22 months now! It's been the best fitness decision I have ever made! Wisdom is positive, encouraging, and pushes you to the next level! The clients he has makes the experience fun and motivating! Great group of people that constantly support each other. At 53, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in because of Wisdom! Greatest workout experience I have ever had! Thanks for all you do for all of us, Wisdom!
