Great place to get your life back on track! Really works if you do the work
I really like this boot camp and the motivation from the coach. This sure is the place you want to go if you want to reach your goal to loose those extra lbs!!
I love this place! Coach Wisdom is so great and encouraging! He really wants you to have a better lifestyle! I’m only 5 days into my first week and I already see a increase in energy and in my body! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for me and to change my body and my life for the better! I would definitely recommend tryin this place out and meeting Coach Wisdom for a one on one session to see if you can change your life!

The Riverside Fitness boot camp is motivational and inspirational . The program will help me and others to achieve their fitness goals and help them change their way of life.
I desperately need something like this to get me doin what I need to get this 100 lbs I gained when my sister died n my boyfriend suffered a mental illness that changed our lives forever. Food made me happy when I was desperate to find any happiness
I just want to say thank you Wisdom for personalizing my workouts. I love your gym it is truly one of a kind. You have a very flexible scheduled that allows me to workout whenever. One of my favorite things is you don't have bright lights� which makes it even more comfortable to exercise. Overall, it is just a fun and friendly place where you will get an incredible workout in less than an hour.
This is my first week and so far I feel encouraged! The meal plan is easy to follow and wisdom has been there to answer any of my questions that I didn't understand.Im ready to take this new journey on for myself and my family. I'm taking it one step at a time!
I love it here I would not want workout any where else or with anyone else.
