It was a refreshing surprise to find a place where I have guidance with nutrition along with a complete and challenging workout, each session, lead by coach Wisdom Komori.
On my 2nd week,and I feel great,sore,but great,super supportive atmosphere,fast paced,yet doable,I can't say enough about this place and coach wisdom.
Cancellation is not permitted?????????????? Well hate to tell you this, I will not be there!

I had heard about this great place through a close friend who had completed this challenge and recommended to me. At first I was worry about it as I was not a fan of attending traditional gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Fitness 19, etc. simply because I really didn't know what I was doing and I didn't have the drive to complete a set or even stay.
