RecommendedI just began the Camp today. However, I like that he has everyone in groups. Beginners are separated and we go by stations completing different exercises. The time goes by pretty quick and you feel pretty good. As time goes on, we will begin different levels 😊
I'm not a first time client to Fit Body Boot Camp. I had great results 2 years ago at another location but moved. Instead of looking for a local one I thought I know what to do now and tried working out on my own. I even tried other gym locations but nothing compared to the accountability FBBC offers. Definitely a place that motivates encourages keeps you accountable and is very welcoming.
This was my first bootcamp and I'm not gonna lie I was scared. I knew my body was weak and far from ready for a hard workout. I learned really fast that Coach Wisdom was there for each and every one of his clients. He found out my weakness and worked with me on my level. As he saw me get stronger he worked me harder. I feel and look so much better in this last 6 weeks then I have in years. 26 lbs gone in 6 weeks who knew I had it in me. Thank you so much!! We have the most amazing Coach that pushes you to be a stronger YOU!! We have an awesome group of people at the gym and everyone is there to motivate each other.
