Wisdom's FBBC totally rocks! Great trainers awesome results.
I've never had a trainer. I've always wanted one, but felt it was too expensive and I really didn't think I'd be able to do it unless someone was yelling at me. This is worth the small investment. What I found is that it's better for me in a group environment. The motivation comes from not only wanting do it, but not wanting to be that girl that quits in front of everyone. I'll admit it, when my mum in law Judy first started here I thought Wisdom was like all the other trainers out there, just in it for the money and girls, Sorry Wisdom, bad experiences from other trainers. But my wife and her mum dragged me to try out a class and I instantly loved the class, the people and Wisdom. Wisdom isn't like normal trainers at the other gyms. As a former marathoner, my body has endured too many injuries and can't handle the distance. I've been struggling to lose weight and adjust my diet. Wisdom has changed all that. His nutritional advice works and the workouts he creates are grueling. But, combined, they have made a difference. I am truly grateful that Wisdom opened up Fit Body Boot Camp!
