Great first Day! Fun, friendly, and kicked my butt!
I love coming here. Wisdom is very motivating and always happy. I love that I don't feel uncomfortable when I am not at the same level as other people in the class. Wisdom caters each workout to the individual person's ability. Makes you feel very successful after your workout.
