While my husband is the patient, I cannot say enough about this hospital. I have had an excellent pull out couch ( full size bed)to on which to sleep. Nurses have been wonderful explaining and answering all our questions. Sleep interruptions are kept to a minimum. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. They constantly ask if we need anything.
Riverside Doctors Hospital is the best hospital everybody is so nice and sweet...from the nursing staff,housekeeping,environmental services,cafeteria and Doctors. My mom Gaudiosa Gatbonton was admitted there last October 17,2016...she received the best care that any patients can have. My brother was brought into ER having suffering a seizure at Busch Gardens. We live in Norfolk so have only been treated at Sentara's. Any trepidation I felt with this hospital unknown to me was unfounded. My brother was assessed immediately, X-ray and CT scan was read within 30 minutes, and comprehensive blood work was included with his discharge papers. I am here with a friend sitting for over 3 hours who was brought in by ems and still has no been seen! The staff has been rude and acted inconvenienced when we asked for a blanket for her.
