You know it's a shame you are scheduled for a procedure or surgery & the staff here is so ignorant & rude you had to get up & walk out before things Even start on the phone as we speak with my insurance company because after the way I was treated they will not be paying that bill i tell you that! Also do not work In the public with people if you don't have the personality or heart to do your damn job !!! I will be letting everyone know what I went through here
Great hospital and staff.. Had a kidney stone removed and could not have ask for nicer people... I honestly felt like I was at home...Dr John McGill was great..
The staff were all very nice, however; the radiologist over read the CT of my portal vein and I spent my entire health care budget diagnosing and further evaluating a portal vein that was not actually enlarged.
My daughter Danielle orton is a C.N.A at the hospital and I work at one of the drs office in Williamsburg and I hear such nice things about her and the hospital from my patients it's wonderful to be apart of a awesome team!!!!!!
Been here several times. Great people & service. It's still a hospital. Nobody really wants to be there.
I had emergency surgery on November 4, 2015. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days. I have never been treated so good. The staff was Great. The Doctors were great. Living on the same side of the county as the hospital was a plus for my family. I was asked by the County EMS as to which hospital I was to be taken. I opted for Riverside because it was closest. Now I would opt for Riverside for the best reason I know. THEY ARE THE BEST. I and my family thank you so very much.
Everyone was extremely nice and personable.
Came to this Hospital while outbox town Vacation to Williamsburg. Absolutely loved this hospital. I only wish that we had a facility like this closer to home!
Great hospital didn't have to wait to long and the doctors and nurses was awsome
