Outstanding care with my double procedure - endoscopy and colonoscopy.
My first time there and it's such a beautiful establishment,the staff was sufficient,the nurse's were very professional,and the love and kindness was outstanding.I love the facility.To all personnel,staff, nurse's and doctors keep doing what God has set for you to do and you will be abundantly rewarded.Thanks for taking care of my child ,job well done.
The only ER I've ever been to (4/8/2017) where they make you insert your own Foley catheter, oh, and charge you for the procedure. What's better is that the attending failed to perform any sort of physical exam, much less request any imaging. Seeing as I presented with a fever, chills, aches, gross hematuria with large clots, it seems that would have been prudent. Good times.
Excellent staff! I have had a lot of procedures and or surgeries in the past 8 years and I have never felt more at ease than I did yesterday due to your great staff such as Sheryl, Mitzi, Whitney, Ruth, Tom B, Zach, Dr. Williams and of course Dr. Arezo, you all are the Best! May God bless you all and thank you for everything!

Outpatient ankle surgery! Scheduled to be at the hospital at 215PM.. Rolled into the operating room at 728pm.. was kept informed of everything, being so late.. PAC-U was a breeze out of surgery and back home to Newport News by 1030!
