This place has gone so far down since Jay Elliott retired. The treatment coordinator and billing dept. do not know what they are doing. Billed $8000 to my husbands insurance before any work was started. Hygienist Terri broke his tooth from cleaning so rough. He found a new dentist where they are professional. I tried making my quarterly cleaning with Terri, but because I cant afford the deep cleaning until Oct., she refused to see me, saying, "it is not what I recommended". I've been coming here with my grandaughters for about a year now and the staff is all very friendly and helpful! The office itself is really welcoming and comfortable. Love it!!
For years my daughter with Down syndrome has been so fearful of going to the dentist. More than anything else in the world. Dr Cantrell and her assistants have patiently worked with her and we have gone from literally having to hold her down just to do a cleaning, to her having a tooth pulled yesterday with only my holding her hand. I am so thankful for their patience in getting her to this point.
Had six teeth pulled Dr. Chopra thank you very much you are awesome I didn't feel a thing and no pain meds so far
I love Riverside Dental Group. We love Sebrina. Been coming here since I was a kid & now my kids love it.

Riverside dental group is like family to me . The care given To me yesterday was above and beyond excellent!!! Dr Sugiono and Katrina took such good care of me!! From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left was so delightful .
