Sad, but after 15 years, I will be looking for a new office. Getting and keeping appointments is just too difficult for the office staff. I spoke with the office manager and she did not want to solve my problem in any way. Allison is the best hygienist I've ever had, but the office has gone WAY down in the last few years.
They failed to notify me that my insurance denied a cleaning and I owed the balance ( they were sending statements to an address 5 years old) they didn't even tell me when I was physically in the office for another cleaning almost a year later. They never called to collect payment either...and then they sent me to collections for the balance including fees!!! Irresponsible and unorganized office staff. I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years! Why because most dentists from an HMO standpoint were either unprofessional or just lousy service. My crown came off on Sunday and a few friends recommended this place. I called first thing Monday morning and gave my sob story to Judy and she totally fit me in! Professional! They were wonderful from the time I walked in the door until we were done. Had a permanent crown put on. I've been looking for a dental office for several years and am so relieved to finally find a great one. Seriously, no double or triple booking, no con to get me to pay for work I do not need, no rudeness, gentle and kind. Oh let's not forget clean clean clean!
I love going to Riverside Dental. Dr Elias is my dentist and he's the best! He is very kind and compassionate. �
