We went to look for a car for my daughter and the salesman told us to go online and schedule a test drive. Wait, what? Who does that? He said that is how everyone does it now. Will not go back. Did not want to sale a car very bad. Needless to say we went down the road and bought a car that day. Sorry you missed a sale.

I would recommend salesman Kenny but DO NOT work with Tesla!! She lied to me and then didn't have time for me when I told her earlier in the week I was coming down. ran my crdit and all and never submitted anything. She told me I had to come in cause it was "better" that way. So my 2 kids my husband and I drove 100miles round trip to be denied after asking Tesla if we could do anything over the phone so we didnt have to drive that far for nothing and she lied. Horrible customer service!

bought s used car from them ,they kept a week after we bought it and when we finally got the car the engine light came on so we took it back and now they say we need a new motor.1000.00 down cost 9000.00 and they want us too pay for new motor. I don't think so and we aren't paying for the car and they should give us back our money. we are on a fixed income. so no stars for them.
We finally got a decent deal after they tried to outright steal our trade. They failed to pay off our trade and we had to pay another payment on our old car to avoid credit problems. They promised to reimburse us for that and we waited six weeks for the check that was less than what we had to pay. Nothing but games and horrible service at the management level. Go ANYWHERE else to buy a vehicle!
