First time I got my car last year was great. No problems getting it. Now that my car had a recall they would not let me trade in. Instead they ran mine and hubby's credit over 7 times to try go put us in a 2014 explorer and keep the car. I in fact went somewhere else and got what I wanted. Not what they wanted me to have.
Just ask for the Big Guy he will treat you like family
