I looked at a car online and inquired about it. Got a response within a matter of minutes. I made an appointment to go look at it but another sales person sold the car before I could get there. That of course is no ones fault. I looked at a local trade in while on the lot and fell in love with it. When I drove it they hadn't even had time to clean it yet. I was sold and bought the car.
