RecommendedEveryone at Riverside at Rockwater has been so great. I stayed here for eight months while closing on a house, and they were so accommodating. My closing date kept changing and they worked with me every time. Also, the apartments are very quiet. I never had an issue with anything!
Pet friendly! Staff are so nice and helpful. Everyone is friendly here. Lots of green space. I feel very safe here with gates. Convenient location. Watching sunset and sunrise on the river whenever you want is a big plus.
It’s a wonderful place to live in.
I've been here for less than a year, but have overall enjoyed this place - great amenities, nice layouts, high ceilings, updated features, and the dog park is great. Just a few minor complaints - lots of wasps (granted I'm a transplant and this might be common for the area), dog park holes never seem to be filled in (could be something they do yearly and I haven't been here that long), and the fire alarms are SUPER sensitive (they went off when I was boiling water), but other than that the people are friendly and generally w... read more
Love the dog park, the open floor plans in the apartments, the garden tub, the friendly people, updated fixtures and appliances, and not to mention the staff is super friendly and understanding to Unique situations
Loved the people and the experience we had. It was bittersweet moving after I got married. The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you Riverside at Rockwater for the great year.
