Great place! I have recommended it to at least 3 other people/ families I know. Ann is an amazing counselor. She is accommodating, kind and patient. Front office staff Rheema is a sweetie, so nice on the phone and personable. I have utilized this place in the past when I would bring clients in as a caseworker ,so I have seen this place from a personal and professional standpoint and I am very, very pleased to have them as a great resource in my life.

They denied me for care after Danielle (selfish, unprofessional, lethargic, lazy woman) had already been my therapist for months. It was told to me as an “insurance Issue” but once I got it fixed up they refused to allow me back. This has to be due to personal bias and Danielle’s dislike for me. The need for help is there and being completely disregarded and obviously not a priority. The job outline is very clear as a therapist - you’re supposed to HELP people. I am so grateful for them for taking on a complicated case of mine as a Social Worker. I called 15 offices and they were the only one who agreed. The staff is so friendly and caring. Thank you, Riverside!

I tried to receive services. The woman who answered the phone was cold, callous, and compassionless. The fact they would hire a woman like that makes me hesitant that any of their therapists are actually decent people. I would stay away.
