RecommendedLately, no hot water in my unit. Maintenance quickly figured out the problem & now I am so happy! Thank you for trying so hard to make this sitch better. Hot shower, here I come!
Just moved to Rivers Edge Apartments. I had one small maintenace request, and the staff was stellar about it. The Maintence member was there within hours, and was incredibly polite and efficient. Thanks!
Super friendly and extremely helpful staff. Follows up on messages and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Love that it's pet friendly. Conveniently close to everything with immediate bike path accessibility. Clean and affordable!

Staff are very helpful and respectful to people with disabilities. Striving to make updates to the property making it safer and a healthier place to live than previous management.
John and I like River's Edge it is a very nice place to live. Office staff is awesome they will help you with problems you have in the apartment. Maintence is also great they have helped me coming back from main office with packages to my building
Poor markings across the entire parking lot. Be careful where you park, as you will probably (no you WILL) be towed. And then they’ll claim it to be a Fire Lane when there are markings on the opposite side stating that the fire lane is on that side. Clearly marked. The parking garages have the aroma of a room full of dead animals. Black mold. Dead mice. Elevator is very sketchy.
