The property is really nice but the management is the worst. -The bottom line, next door apartment cant smoke in the unit. -The property manager cant do anything, even they signed smoking addendum. -My wife is pregnant, Hallway smells of smoking and marijuana -Saleperson said before I move in, they will change carpet. The staff at the RiverChase apartments are very rude and disrespectful. I had the worst experience staying at this apartment complex and would not recommend to anyone. I am being sued and taking to court due to my ceiling caving in while the people RiverChase hired to fix the roof caused the damage. I informed RiverChase of my decision to move and they kept my deposit. They also sent my debt to a collection agency and tried to take me to court in 2020 and I guess they dropped the charges. My wife ***** ******** texted the leasing manager who works for ****** Aldersgate **** ********** Road Little Rock AR Maria about our heating unit blowing cold air and not blowing heat for the entire unit. A service repair person came out to check the heating unit, only to discover that the board was dead. I've been a resident at Mark4 in Parkville, MO for multiple years. Every year they keep raising the rent. Besides raising rent, they raise what they call other charges as well. The rental property has bad plumbing and my apartment smells like a sewer at times. I will never recommend Mark4 Apartments to any friends or family. They are old (built in the 70's) and this property wants high rent as if these apartments are new. They have nothing good to offer residents. No pool or playgrounds for kids. Bad plumbing, I've been dealing with feces smell. A/c & heat not working downstairs & in Ark, the temp is in the lower 40s. I've made complaints & nothing has been done. I want out of my lease & my deposit returned.
Slum lords...... poor unresponsive management, false claims by owners, threatening letters misstating lease terms. A/c down or failing more than work 2 months bad, 3 weeks good. They have not paid the maintenance staff since buying the property and fired the prior crew on day of purchase, so staff has all but quit. They talk about making this their flagship property in Tulsa, well the ship is going down and people have been abandoning ship for a while now. Chateau 68
These guys just bought out Chateau 68 in Tulsa Oklahoma. This was about a month ago. Since this recent purchase my wife and I had to move unexpectedly due to the life inconvenience that came with the terrible managers they have provided. We just got AC back, which out of our pocket was a hotel stay for us because our daughter has asthma and can't spend all her time in a 90+ degree apartment.
