I've been struggling for 10 months to get the cockroach infestation out of my appliances and kitchen cabinets. I travel for work so the kitchen is never used however I've got roaches crawling everywhere. Offered me a new unit and on the day I was to move was told it was not available . Slumlord

Great company to work for!! I have worked for 2 other property management companies. They are the best. They care about the employees. The benefit package and communication to employees proves it.

Trinity collected a $15k reserve balance from me at contract to hold and has not refunded it or provided transparent final accounting per their property management contract and my written and verbal requests since the relationship ended 2.5 months ago with the sale of the building. They will not respond to my emails regarding this- responsiveness has been an issue all along, especially with their CFO. Instead, these bubbas try to gaslight you if you dare complain. If I could give this place a zero I would. Management above all else is the worst I've ever experienced. Imagine being moved into a mold infested apartment and having to beg for it to be looked at. Imagine being moved into an apartment with broken pipes and rusted water coming up the drain from the bathtub. Imagine the maintenance coming in and out your house without notice. I've been fighting with my apartment complex in Oklahoma City (The Vines) for three months now due to three different leaks and flooding. Now I have a mold problem, over a period of three months they have repeatedly told me that it wasn't mold it was mildew and they would fix it. I have had issues with the property management since I moved in... I see why no it's me wants to live here and why the property is in poor condition.. They office is not here to make living here easier. I would never recommend this place and today I have to go file charges on the property management for breaking and entering on camera so Thank *****

Already put something in but worth a follow up. This company terminated with the property I moved into. They also terminated all contracts and services prior to their end date. I have been putting up with roaches for over a month since move in and was supposed to get serviced from pest control today and am now told it likely won't happen. I've paid a surcharge on my rent for pest control service to have the service not happen. They took forever to do maintenance or refused to do repairs. After Ashley and Denisse left it went downhill due to lazy and greedy management. Trinity sold the apartment complex to another company without informing anyone else but is trying to collect debts from people even though they no longer own the apartment complex. The roof in my kitchen when I was living there was falling apart due to water damage but didn't fix it even though they knew about it due to apartment inspections. I would give a zero if I could.

If I could leave a zero star review I would! If you plan on moving to Killeen please STAY FAR AWAY FROM THAYER POINT APARTMENTS... Not worth your time or worth the headache.
