I, too has the exact same experience as the other negative review left considering billing and a lackluster therapist (likely the same one since we live in the next small town over). Our benefits were verified covered at 100% from the previous year and the start of 2020. RecommendedRiverKids is a godsend, they take all the work out of navigating with your insurance company. The therapist Angie that is working with our daughter is an absolute gem, she is so calm and patient and my 3 month old absolutely loves her. I can already see results a few weeks in. Additionally Katie Nava, a revenue cycle patient benefits specialist has been wonderful, helping me with an insurance billing issue.

This company supports us when the waters get rough, they celebrate our successes, and THEY CARE! They called me after hours to check on me.
