Went to sign up my kids as a First time patient and when I mentioned my baby was sick they went out of their way to make sure we was seen THAT day. They had excellent customer service and I didn’t wait long at all. The lobby was friendly and inviting and the entire process was easy and thorough. Dr. Tim was great and very thorough. we did not have to wait long and very professional.
We’ve seen every doctor in here at some point- and we love every single one of them. We used to see Edison as our regular, but switched to Dr Keith as our regular because he’s got a much more open schedule when my son is sick and can usually get us in the same day! We’ve had a rough couple of weeks and brought our son in 3 times in one week! Everyone was so sweet and understanding in a very confusing time for us, and this week he’s back to his normal self.
