We rarely ever need to see a Dr and that is fortunate. Today, we waited for over an hour beyond our appointment time (plus we were early) and finally walked out after still not being seen. Everyone's time is valuable, not just a physician's. I think this office could benefit from better structuring their schedule into manageable appointments so as not to leave clients waiting - especially this extreme. The Saturday and Sunday hours for sick visits are ideal, as that is when kids get sick. Now that they have a PA, you can get in even faster.
We have second generation using Rivergate Peds. Highly recommend them.
Rivergate pediatrics rocks! I have been taking my boys here for 15+ years and have had excellent treatment every single time!
