Always so caring friendly helpful and always looking out for the patients best interest. My daughter has been seeing them since she was newborn she in now 9 months and they have never failed at treating my babygirl as their own. They have always went to extra mile for us in everything they do.
I love the tele-health appointments! I didn't have to take my irritable, cranky 2 year old in while dragging my older kids along. Quick, simple, and efficient.
If you are going to change your process at least let your patients know when you call them the day before. Second, our trip today could have been avoided if a prescription was actually called in 3 weeks ago, so my son was in pain for weeks and didn't need to be. Also, a snarky comment to my husband was completely uncalled for. I'm at a loss for the complete unprofessionalism.
Love all the doctors, nurses and staff at Rivergate Pediatrics. With 4 kids and 15 years of service to our family, I have only had positive and encouraging experiences. Highly recommended!!!
