Verified Renter I been here 3 weeks now. The property is nice. I would love to see the carpet changed in the hallways though. Jordan and Amy have been helpful and responds promptly to emails. Myself and other residents would like the roof top hours open longer.

Verified Renter The apartments look nice, but the sound you hear between apartments can make you miserable at times. The layout is good, but with the lack of sound-proofing, having the washer and dryer in the bedroom can be a nightmare if your neighbors choose to do laundry at 3am. The office struggles to get smoking and parking under control, but they are very friendly when dealing with residents. I feel like they hear me if I ever have a complaint.
Theft Mails are getting stolen. Bikes got stolen. It's not as good of a community as it looks. You pay high rent for a good environment, it's definitely not that. Regret signing the lease in just one month.
Too much noise I've been here a month and a half and can't wait to leave. The apartment itself is nice but the amount of noise that I can hear through the walls is ridiculous. Between the constant stomping from the people upstairs, to the dogs barking, to the baby screaming next door, there is rarely any quiet. I shouldn't have to sleep with earplugs to keep from being woken up by the baby screaming in someone else's apartment.
