Verified Renter Rivergate is a beautiful property, and very well maintained. The community is tucked away from all the traffic so it's very quiet. I like the fact that they offer valet trash but Rivergate also offers trash compactors and recycling bins. The gym is never fully crowded. The office staff has been wonderful they are very effective with communicating and have been very pleasant each time I come into the office. I am happy with my decision to move here.

Verified Renter Overall - great unit. Floor plan is nice and amenities are updated. There have been a few minor issues that cumulatively affect my opinion however. Parking garage sensors are a bit off, I’ve been in a line with multiple residents where we’ve had to help each other open the garage door. Verified Renter The community is average with security and residents are selfish, nasty and ruin the entire vibe of the building! They leave trash everywhere, smoke weed inside the smoke free apartments! Many dog owners do not pick up after their pets! This is a health hazard to others pets! Neighbors above you don’t respect you and stomp around like elephant!! Do not be fooled by the “Luxury” in the title! It’s average at best! But priced in the Luxury league!
