I've lived here for the past 3 yrs and I would live here 10 more yrs, it's like living at home . I miss having my house but I feel at home here, I love the design your apt is over the garage so you're not bothering you'd neighbors, it's Quiet, you see families doing their nightly walking around the complex, it's very clean, The Rent is quite a bit but so is everywhere else.
This place is very pretty but the rules don't apply here. It's suppose to be a smoke free complex and our upstairs neighbors smoke inside which filters down into our apartment. We have complained about the constant dog barking, smoking, slamming of the front that can be heard from anywhere in our apartment. The front office does nothing and they rude and lazy.
