River Edge Terrace could improve by not raising the rent every year like clockwork for current tenants. Even with current events they still raise the prices even though they don't offer maintenance or facilities currently.
Extremely happy until now. We can currently hear every single word spoken in the neighbors apartment. Never had the issue until now because we rarely saw them home. Now I can hear their entire conversations at 10 pm
When we first moved here a year ago, we really did love this complex...now we cant wait to leave, which is unfortunate. When we arrived on our move in date, the unit we got was not ready, therefore Kris upgraded us to a 2 bedroom townhome w/office, for no extra charge a month. I double checked with her multiple times asking "in a year, we wont get our rent increased due to this, will we?" she reassured us many times, that no we would not.
