Beware do not move in any of their properties.Especially 1708 r st se mice infested, loud neighbors and always kids in the hallways. Mailboxes are not secured. Maintenance doesn’t want to respond or do their job until you contact Department of buildings. It literally took maintenance 2 years to respond and fix mold that was all in my bedroom wall.
