I've lived at Riverbend for a long, long time and have been very pleased with my apartment and the staff. Just recently renewed my lease for another year.
We have had an excellent experience at this complex! Happy we found for our student!
So far I am very happy with my apartment. Great place and great community!
Well we have lived here for about 3 almost 4 months and it’s a nice complex the only major issue I have is the bug problem. I’m not a nasty person and I shouldn’t have to pay 770 to live with bugs but other than that I have no complaints
We have been here for just over a year and we love it. Amazing staff, gorgeous/quiet setting, wonderful neighbors and events to meet neighbors. The fireplace is my favorite part and each apartment feels extremely open and unique in it's floor plan (which is spacious as could be)! Any maintenance issues we've ever had have been fixed super quick and emergency maintenance is a PLUS! I currently live here, I found the apartment, maint staff and price to be wonderful. Why the 1 star rating then? Well it is most certainly the office staff. They are extremely incompetent with their own system. I was not given a gate code when I moved in so I went back to the office to ask how it all worked. This was my first contact with Sage.
