These people had the nerve to go up In Rent price. They have a major sewer problem here. Everybody has the same issues. Their drains go down super slow. Every time you take a Shower expect to clean up or have a ring of grime in your bathtub. You have to plunge everything with every use. I have lived here 7 years and 3 different sets of owners and have no major complaints. The rent is fair, upkeep is good, and maintenance shows up quickly for problems.
