Outstanding experience from initial visit, through post op visits. I have had many surgeries and this one was handled the best.
PA Houser was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Nick is always awesome. Xray girls phenomenal, receptionists epic!
Rob is a very caring individual and really listens to what you have to say. There was no pretense that he was the medical professional and I was "just the patient", my thoughts mattered.
I had an appointment with Rob regarding my shoulder. My appointment was on time. They did x-rays while I was there. Rob thoroughly reviewed my case, and was extremely knowledgeable about my past and present condition. He took all the time needed to explain my condition, and answered all of my questions. He also provided alternatives for care. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and professional and personable. I would recommend Rob for any of your orthopedic needs.
