I recently completed my 2nd knee replacement with this group. Rob Houser was my first introduction to my plan of care. His demeanor and approachability put me at ease right away. I did not feel rushed or 'talked down to'. I wanted a lot of information and I got it - with no 'sugar coating' but with assurance that I would have the support I needed to succeed. Dr. Henne did a masterful job with both knees. I'm so grateful to be connected to Trinity Health.
Rob is an outstanding provider! He is competent, kind , shows patients their x-rays and explains what they show. He also listens to the patient explanations of why the patient feels that they are not a candidate for the treatment suggested, which is appreciated by me, especially. Trinity Ortho is incredibly fortunate to have such a great PA on staff!
Dr Robert Houser was very caring and kind. I appreciate that very much!
Outstanding experience from initial visit, through post op visits. I have had many surgeries and this one was handled the best.
