I learned that I will need a joint replaced at some point in the future, with some leeway for me to determine the best time. It was something that I was not at all anticipating three weeks ago and certainly not something I was happy to hear. Rob had let me know that my injury was not minor a few weeks ago so had "softened the blow" with his earlier honesty. He is very kind and compassionate, something I need in a medical provider.

Rob did a very thorough examination, and talked out all options for my plan or care. He was very attentive, and very concerned about all of my complaints. I could tell he really wanted to help me, and I felt very comforted about that. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone I know that needs a shoulder specialist!
Friendly staff, clean and he answered all my questions. Not rushed at all.
