Where do I start. It came to my attention while I was visiting my daughter and got a 3 day pass to a gym is when I realized just how fortunate the Upper Valley is to have the RVC, and how lucky I am to be a member! There has never been really any complaints I've had with any part of the club. This place is like family to me! Everyone, and I do mean everyone is warm and friendly, the assortment of exercises, weights, machines, well all of it, it's just top notch! Great fitness club, and Erin Hagedorn is a fantastic trainer!
Absolutely amazing gym and spa! It has fitness instructors that know what they are talking about and are always willing to help, plus staff that is always smiling. It's the best!
