Tom Cardew is the best personal trainer there!!!!!
Not sure yet. I had a great experience with my trainer this morning. Then tonight I was bullied by an older gentleman in the yoga studio. The staff was nice to me but there was no action as a result. As a woman having a man bully me at the gym is frightening and makes me think twice before I return. I think there should be a code of conduct for members.
Hands down best gym in the area. Great variety of group classes are offered, staff is friendly and helpful, management visibly continues to reinvest in maintenance and equipment, and I especially enjoy the outdoor pool and sauna!
Everything at RVC is top notched. It is full service club. I love the salon, Bryttny is the best stylist I've ever used
I love this place. It has everything you need and offers tons of classes to choose from. I used to only have a couple classes that worked with my schedule at CCBA but now that I'm going to RVC they have options for everyday of the week. Not to mention they have a jacuzzi, Sauna, and steam room. And they offer towels so you don't have to bring your own.
I've been going to the spa there for my waxing, and have had the best experience there. Very professional and the best results I've ever had! I highly recommend going to them. I have been seeing Brandi and she is amazing.
The staff and facilities are amazing. I had a training demo and the woman was incredibly informative and helpful
