RecommendedI have had a great experience taking group classes at RVC! I love trying out new fitness classes and they have a ton to choose from. No matter what you're into, they'll have something that you'll enjoy! The instructors are professional, and everyone there (including the other members!) is incredibly friendly. The facilities are definitely the best in the area. I've fallen in love with Pilates Reformer and had a blast at Knock Out.
Group fitness classes are always incredible and there are a large variety of classes to choose from! Tons of inspiring instructors.

Best gym in the upper valley
It is great place and the people there are friendly and supportive. They go the extra mile.
I really like RVC and have been doing Pilates Reformer classes there for over a year. Now they have gotten rid of all Reformer classes scheduled after 3pm and are not offering any on the weekend — as a result, I can no longer attend classes because I work during the day. Please, RVC, bring back the Monday 4:15 class! Some of us who like to do Reformer have day jobs!
Beautiful facility. Endless options for activity. Friendly and helpful staff and trainers. The child drop off services are so convenient so you can get a workout in while the kids are watched. We love RVC.
