My brilliant trainer, whom I miss; the cleanliness; the great classes; the quarantine messages and online videos...
Floor staff are exceptionally rude and uninformed. Machines would be down for months and the solution is to cover them with paper. When asking about when they would be fixed, a grunt would be the standard answer. Still do not know what the grunt means, but it was the same one every time, so points for consistency!
River Valley Club has a lot to offer from Great services at the spa /salon and barber shoppe, to yummy smoothies at the cafe”. Or a great workout whether it’s taking a class, CrossFit or with a trainer! Most importantly, you are greeted with a smile. Love , love RVC!
Spin class with JK is so motivating!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received as a potential customer! I arrived with my family to enjoy the pool apparently kids (8 years old ) not a kid at all ! The claim as we were In the water less then 5min that the received complaint!!! Made us get out of the water! What a waste of time and thanks for breaking my daughters heart !!!
Yin Yoga was just an amazing experience at RVC. I highly suggest it on Friday at 4:15
An amazing facility with great people!
Before you sign on the dotted line be sure they aren’t lying to you. Children under five are allowed in the pool, hot tub, cold tub, showers, locker room. I am going to insist on a refund. Very disappointing and made me very angry that I was blatantly lied to for commission on a membership.
