Amazing Complex! This apartment complex is one of the best I have ever lived in. After having lived here for about 4 months, my family and I have received nothing but respect and courtesy from the management here throughout the leasing process, as well as moving in. Helpful and Kind Management- Tabitha & Dakota K. Fantastic Complex I moved in last May and have been very impressed with this complex. The management is very friendly and extremely quick to respond to requests or maintenance issues. The apartments are brand new and are very quiet, with lots of space. This is the best move I have made in years!
Overall Incredible Experience so Far After living here for 4 months, I can say that this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Great community and staff The staff here has been so friendly and really worked hard to find us the right apartment to live in. They were up front and honest about everything in regards to the apartment, including some minor issues with parking, and made us feel extremely comfortable the moment we stepped into the office to apply. Great place to live! We moved to River Ridge a couple months ago and absolutely love it! The apartments are bright and spacious, and the complex comes with many amenities for the price. Very kid-friendly with a pool, basketball court, playground, and fitness center, and you can also walk next to the river on part of the Greenway trail directly behind the complex. Awesome place to live! We have been living here for about 6 months and we love it. It is very pet friendly with lots of places to walk your furry friends. Staff is easy to communicate with and the maintenance is excellent. All very nice people and easy to work with.
These guys are thieves These guys are just terrible! They denied my application after taking my money based on criteria I didn't even check the boxes for. I'm an honorably discharged disabled veteran. They denied me claiming it was because of a felony. When I tried to show them they were wrong they were completely unwilling to work with me or even allow me to show them they had made a couple mistakes. These guys have no honor and are clearly okay with just robbing people.
