I recently moved into River Ridge Apartments and overall I’ve had a positive experience so far. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff has been professional and helpful during the move-in process, which made everything smoother and less stressful. So far, River Ridge has been a good place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter apartment community in Tualatin.

Long time resident since 2019 - Management moved in a resident above my unit who stomps loudly and erratically, including during Tualatin's quiet hours (before 7 AM and after 10 PM). When I use a white noise device — as recommended by law enforcement — to cope with the noise, both the resident and apartment management have retaliated against me. After living here and reading through other reviews, clear patterns start to emerge. River Ridge has an excessive number of rules and fees that make it an unpleasant place to live. There’s an extra $20 charge just to park closer to your own apartment, and they appear to routinely charge tenants for carpet replacement and other move-out costs regardless of condition.
