Had to bring a couple cats and a dog down here. Never had a problem and they have always been professional. Pricing is about in par with going to a regular vet with the convenience of 24 hours. Semi long waits but to be expected with a triage center. Only complaint would be the pride flag. No need for political stuff just focus on animals and helping.
The staff and personnel are kind and considerate. I was traveling from Florida to Wisconsin and stayed overnight in Chattanooga at which time my 16 year old beautiful cat was very ill. By God’s grace, the hotel personnel gave me the recommendation to take her to VCA Regional Institute. The staff were helpful and during this difficult time I knew she was in good hands. Thank you to the great personnel who accommodated my needs.
Really unprofessional people specially the lady in front desk Fae B.She had a really nasty attitude.And they take your money without giving you no information why you were being charged. I wouldn't never go back again.
This will be long-winded, but I am writing a positive review to combat all the negative ones, but this review is based on my personal experiences here over 10 years. I have been coming here over the course of several years for emergency reasons and my most recent visit wasn't even a month ago. I have NEVER been met with unfriendliness or unkindness or any attitude.
