I'm moving from Memphis TN to Little Rock I tried calling this complex for a week they finally answered the phone and hung up in my face. Then when i called back again three more times finally got an answer just for them to say they don't have anything available, which could have been answered last week if they cared. Its very disappointing to know that the office of this beautiful complex operates in this manner

Pros - Beautiful inside. I had a 2bd/2bth & it definitely had a "house" feel to it. Loved that it came with a patio. The showers & tub were perfect. Water heats up quickly. It's gated & came with alarm system & internet so that's amazing. Office staff was nice whenever I spoke on the phone with them. Cons - No amenities on site. Building makes lots of echoes. The walls are thin so I heard conversations all the time. (Not enough to tell what people were saying though)...I often heard someone coughing at night, & this cute new... read more

I have been truly impressed with the professionalism of the office staff. The leasing agents are attentive to the residents needs and the managers are genuine. You don’t feel as if they are staff, but your neighbors.
