I recently moved Into a Morgan property in Montgomery manor in Hatfield pa I have been a tenant for less than 3 weeks. When I moved in I emailed multiple maintenance request slips for poorly quality of things I also sent photos of concerns. My first night the seal around the bottom of the toilet leaked in the middle of the night Due to lack of proper sealing around the toilet. I have been living in a Morgan Property for over 10 years , I have also been an employee with Morgan when it was owned by Bob Morgan . I like where I live, The Links at Centerpointe but what kind of company raises the rent to over 200!! Especially in these hard times , it’s just greedy a d wrong , I am not sure it’s even legal to raise the rent more than 7.5, which is what it says on the Nys housing website. Do not ever move to one of their properties. I lived at one in New Jersey for 5 years. I moved out this August. Last year, my fridge and stove died in the same week, and the maintenance man scraped up my kitchen floor and offered to replace it. I politely declined and said it was okay. Saving them days and hundreds of dollars. When I moved out, though, they kindly forgot that, and put a charge for a “flea treatment” for $133.75 during a pandemic, when my dog nor my home has EVER had a SINGLE flea, ever. They are actively threatening to kick our neighbors out before Christmas DESPITE THE STATEWIDE MORATORIUM. Many don’t have heat in their buildings as temperatures plummet. The city is aware of what’s going on, and will hopefully bring this company down.

Hi Juls- Unfortunately we can not discuss your neighbors situation with you, but we have served residents who have not paid there rent for months a notice. This does not necessarily mean that they will be removed from their home before the holiday.
This has to be the absolute worst place you can move to. Maintenance tends to complete work orders without ever actually completing the work. My kitchen sink overflowed for months and they neglected to fix it until it started damaging the carpet in the hall closet and dining area. I pay nearly $1200 a month and can’t even enjoy peace and quiet. RecommendedThe apartment is great and the location is great, but the staff is phenomenal. Their customer service is a huge selling point for me. I highly recommend living here.
