I moved in in February and love it here. The office staff (Neva) is wonderful, always willing to help and go above and beyond for the residents. She knows eveyone by name and is always concerned about how they are doing especially the older residents. The activities and contests are awesome ( loved paint night the best) I've never live anywhere where management provides these things for us. I can't wait for the pool to open for the summer. I love that we are conveniently located near the interstates which helps for my daily commute to work. The staff, from leasing agents to maintenance workers, always go out of their way to open doors and lend a helping hand. It is a quite place with retirees, families with small children, armed service members and young professionals but we feel like one big family. The amenities are as promised. The best thing is the amenities are as promised. The secured parking garage and on-site security is great because I often travel for work. The free wifi and Keurig machine in the lobby makes surfing the web pretty easy. I particularly enjoy that the resident attendant can receive my UPS/FedEx packages from Amazon and hold them securely until I arrive home. I have lived here for one year. Just signed for 10 more months. I love my view of the water from my living room and from my bedroom. The rug at the garage elevator could be cleaned a little more often due to all the dog hair. Too many animals at the river park towers for me and l'm allergic to dogs!! Neva and David, staff here are great!
Goodmorning. My name is kashawnjohnson and i been a resident at river park towers for almost 2 years....... I must say i truly love being here. Neva williams is such an outstanding Leasing professional, who is also so good with other residents as well. I will be signing another lease for another year.
