This place is a dump. Office workers are rude. The whole place smells like marijuana. Avoid like the plague.
RecommendedFor the price point, the amenities are great, the staff is friendly and on top of their business. The views are outstanding and always changing, the surrounding parks beautiful and walkable. The community is incredibly diverse and friendly. Lots of character and charm. I genuinely love it here.

Day 2 of no water on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas!
When his rent payment didn’t go through, these people STARTED EVICTION PROCEEDINGS ON THE DAY AN ACTIVE DUTY SERVICEMAN WAS DEPLOYED. They will not accept payment from his father or partner in any form. His work for the USA is such that he cannot be contacted while deployed. They are starting proceedings - which they claim he will have to pay court costs for - ON VETERANS DAY.
RecommendedStaff works hard to ensure living conditions are safe and comfortable. Neva and Cherelle knows residents by name, and available for questions and concerns. Al and Raschad work expeditiously to fulfill work orders. David ensures the building is secure while he's on duty. Though there are some needed improvements with the elevators, I am confident that it will be rectified soon. I'm overall comfortable and pleased with my living experiences here at River Park Tower.
RecommendedNeva Williams is the best property manager! The whole staff is great, I was pleased with their professionalism, their customer service is excellent, they are amazing to their tenants, and their building looks great!! Y'all are the best!!
RecommendedI stumbled across these apartments but I couldn’t be happier! Prior to moving to River Park I struggled with finding a “luxury”apartment that actually lived up to the name. I appreciate the endless smiles and attentiveness of each members of the staff that I’ve had an encounter with. The property manager Neva takes the time to ensure that everything is handled.
