I love River Oaks. I love the would floors, fire place, the landscaping is nice, it's a quite apartment complex. A major plus is its pit friendly! The gym that's on the premises is really nice better than any I've seen in a neighborhood thus far! Oh I almost forgot the free internet and Directv!! This place is great!
It has been a good experiance leaving here, just like any other complex it has there maintance issues but nothing it has not fix or attended immediately. Love the unit with the new floors and all the amenities. With the walking trail track, gym , baketball and tennis courts it makes it even better. I rated 5 ...
I like the upgrades to all of the units. The office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly, kind, and do their very best to help with any issues or concerns. I have lived here since August 2015 I have no complaints.
Very quiet community, office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We have enjoyed living here very much!
River Oaks is a great place to live! Located in the best part of Killeen- close to everything but still quiet with less traffic. The new property owner and staff are wonderful and really creating a great atmosphere for residents. They have made numerous improvements significantly increasing the quality of life and we really enjoy living there!
Had a great experience here. Would recommend for anyone. Management team is made of fair/good folks.
