Would not recommend for anyone to stay here. They really get you for your money. Charging Ridiculous ($500) move in fees that are non refundable after Move out. AC going out during the summer and taking days to get fixed, out dated appliances, the counter tops peel Bc it’s fake lining. And much more. Our biggest issue was getting scammed out of our money. They take advantage of human nature, using social pressure to get a review from you as soon as you move in, while you still have rose colored glasses on. If you drive a car without a sticker, like a rental, and absentmindedly park in your usual spot, it'll get towed. $298.30 to get it back, and it'll probably be damaged. Happened to both my neighbor and myself. Most apartments only require 30 days notice notice you're moving but this place requires 60 days. Caught my neighbor in that one too. I’ve been living in this complex for almost two years. We have friendly staff and neighbors. It’s a safe, quiet, and clean apartment complex. I will always recommend River Oaks to people moving into Killeen.
Ive Only Been Here For A Couple Months But They Have A Really Good Maintenance Crew, Great Service, Nice Friendly Neighbor & It Stays Pretty Quiet! I Definitely Enjoy Staying Here, It’s The Best Apartments I’ve Been At Yet!
Hands down one of tbe best apartment homes my wife and i have had the pleasure of living in! We have had no issues with any of the staff or living conditions. Any maintenance issues are quickly fixed and no SURPRISE FEES! These apartment homes have all you need from a full gym and track to a river running along the side to fish and play in! All in all my wife and i love this place and couldn't be happier!
This is a great place to live and safe complex . The management is great honestly!
